| Utility charges for the consumption
of electricity are based on EDF rates, the apartment has a separate electricity
meter |
| Prices include all linen and towels
but not beach towels. |
| For stays of 2 weeks or more, clean
linen and towels will be provided at the end of each week. Cleaning services
can also be provided by separate arrangement with the owner. |
| A deposit of 20% is to be paid
on receipt of written confirmation of your booking. The balance is due
14 days before your arrival date. |
| A security deposit of 300 euros
is required against any loss or damages. This can be paid on arrival and
will be returned to you in full subject to any loss or damages which will
be deducted from the deposit. If check-out can be arranged on the day
of departure, your deposit will be returned immediately. |
