The lakes at Villeneuve-de-la-Raho
are perfect for catching that elusive big fish (29.25 Ib). A tourists
fishing licence is required and costs 30 euros for 15 days. Issued between

fishing , everyone else can relax at the swimming lake which has a sand
bed and is shallow, graduating to a good swimming depth. You can hire
boats here and there is also a small Aquapark at the rear. You can choose

In the town of St.
Jean Pla de Corts ( 8km) are two more lakes. These are surrounded by trees
and vegetation and the river runs along beside them. You can walk, cycle,
swim, hire boats, try water acrobatics and participate in the Forest Adventure
